About me
I am an artist, writer, healer, and eclectic pagan-heathen-rustic. I have a small farm in NH aimed at self sufficiency and sustainability, which I share with 3 of my children, and a varying assortment of animals (sheep, goats, rabbits, chicken, ducks, geese, peafowl, and cats of course). We've been openly pagan in our community for over 30 years. Author of Divine Cookies- a cookbook with tales about gods and magical cookie recipes, and the Rune article series in the Blessed Bee Pagan Family Magazine. I'm currently interviewing Subtle Pagans a book on the "underwater part of the pagan iceberg". I practice and teach RuneValdr and Reiki, huna healing, herbalism, healing seidhr, and soothsaying with runes, palmistry, tarot, numerology, and other systems. My special area of interests are early Anglo-Saxons life and pagan life. When we are living consciously- every act is a prayer. My education consists of 30+ years of self-study, experimentation and practice, and various workshops including Reiki Training, and the Advanced Huna Healing Course. I’ve taught at Etheracon, ConVocation, Beltane, Feast of Three Ravens, Rites of Spring, King Arthur's Fair, Pennsic Wars, SCA East Kingdom University, and other SCA events, NH-RI- Maine- Southeastern Mass- Eastern Mass- Western Mass and Vermont Pagan Pride Days, NE Mensa Regional Gathering, East Coast Thing, Trothmoot, Womon Gathering, Manneheim Mid-Atlantic, Harvest Home, Darkover Con, and Asphodel College of Brigantia, along with other events. I am currently working on my new book, Subtle Pagans, as well as articles in Marklander, Fire and Ice. A full list of my existing publications is on the Writings page, and you can purchase several of them (or download some for free!) at our online store, Cabochons. |
